Szerzenie idei Porozumienia bez Przemocy (ang. Nonviolent Communication, w skrócie NVC) wg dr Marshalla Rosenberga jako filozofii życia.
Rozpowszechnianie innowacyjnych form rozwiązywania konfliktów, jakimi są mediacje wg idei Porozumienia bez Przemocy oraz Kręgi Naprawcze (ang. Restorative Circles)
Propagowanie idei sprawiedliwości naprawczej (ang. Restorative Justice, w skrócie RJ) jako alternatywy dla systemu sprawiedliwości karnej. Przeciwdziałanie wszelkim formom przemocy, w tym przemocy słownej w życiu osobistym, zawodowym i publicznym.
Stwarzanie przestrzeni promujących życie bez przemocy oraz pokojowych metod rozwiązywania konfliktów i porozumiewania się opartego na empatii.
